GAUGES

 

Neudecker Manufacturing Limited manufactures a full line of Quality Control Gauges.  Our gauge line is focused on the glass and plastic container industries. We also supply many types of process and finish gauges for general manufacturing use. We  have  design capabilities  to  supply custom gauges for most applications.  Our in house grinding equipment allows us to make gauges accurate to .0001 inch.  For  our catalog gauges and most of the gauges made to customer prints we offer shipment in 2-3 weeks. For custom designed gauges, lead time is based on design and manufacturing requirements, although we usually are able to maintain the 2-3 week lead time.

 

 

TOOLING

 

Neudecker Manufacturing Limited manufactures and stocks a variety of cutting tools. Our cutting tools were originally developed for the glass and plastic industries, but have found widespread use in other machining applications. Some of the tools we make and stock are, radius tools, long reach ball nose end mills, long reach square cutting end mills, spade drills, grooving saws, ID and OD grooving tools, dove tail cutters, knurling wheels, and  hand stipples. We offer custom tool manufacturing and have provided many tapered and stepped profile end mills for custom applications. We are interested in helping you meet your custom  tooling  needs. GENERAL MACHINING

 

With over forty years of machining experience, Neudecker Manufacturing Limited is well known for our  diverse  machining capabilities. In addition to our tight tolerance gauge and cutting tools, we provide a full range of general machining services. From .030 diameter ball nose end mills to 4 foot by 4 foot by 6 foot molds for foam injection molding, our machinery and personnel can handle a wide range of machining tasks.

 

 

 

FORGINGS

 

We support the forging industry by sinking new dies, repairing, and engraving existing dies, and by production machining of forgings. The combination of our CADCAM software, and large capacity machines allows us to provide short turnaround times on normal work and, depending on the amount of damage, overnight emergency repairs.
